PRIVACY POLICY

Stage Wheels, LLC requests your basic contact information such as name, address, email address, and telephone number in order to properly fill your order. We will never sell, give, or provide this information to any other agency. All credit card transactions are processed on a secure server.

RETURN POLICY

Any return must be within 14 days of receiving the item. All products must be brand new and never had tires mounted on them for return. All products are subject to a minimum of a 10% restocking fee depending on condition. Buyer will be responsible for shipping both ways.

CANCELLATION

If paying with Paypal you will be responsible for the fees due to Paypal’s new policy of keeping the original fees in the event of a cancellation.

WARRANTY

• All Stage Wheels, LLC products have a lifetime warranty on the construction of the wheel (cracks or breaks), and a 1 year warranty on the finish of the wheel.
• Warranty claims will only be valid with original proof of purchase from either us directly or an authorized dealer. Warranties do not transfer to a 3rd party.
• Our warranty does not cover user error which includes: curb rash, accidents, installation errors.
• All warranties must be authorized by Stage Wheels, LLC. Any wheel returned for warranty without authorization will be ignored.
